Hello Wayfarer Team,
I would like to appeal the rejection of my report for the Gym “Cây Đề”, submitted on October 18, 2025.
This location does **not meet Niantic’s eligibility or safety criteria. The PokéStop/Gym is based solely on a single tree, which does not represent a permanent or culturally significant object. Additionally, the tree is currently withered and in poor condition, offering no social, cultural, or artistic value to players.
It does not encourage exploration, exercise, or social interaction — key principles of Niantic Wayspots. Please review this location and consider its removal.

Current Status of the Location:
Thank you for your understanding and for keeping the map aligned with Niantic’s quality standards.
I believe the report rejection come from the tree is still there and it has a plaque to show the information about the tree.
As visible in the attached photos, this location is simply a single tree — not a cultural or artistic landmark. The Gym’s title “Cây Đề” directly refers to this tree, confirming that the Wayspot’s subject is the tree itself.
However, the tree is no longer in good condition: its leaves have turned yellow and withered, and it appears to be dying. Moreover, the protective fence that once surrounded it has been removed, leaving the area neglected and without any identifiable or safe public feature.
It is a tree with a plaque, which is very different. As the plaque is still there, the importance of the tree appears to still be relevant, so it is very unlikely the wayspot should or will be removed.

Thanks for the appeal, @voiconzin We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
