Trying to submit an appeal on a rejected wayspot, the appeal button is there as I dont think I have appealed one for a couple of months, but qhen I have typed out my appeal and the orange ‘submit appeal’ button is then at the bottom, no matter how many times I press it the appeal isn’t being submitted. Is there a maximum character limit or is something else wrong that is causing this?

I think @frealafgb has mentioned this happening when she didn’t actually have an appeal to use.
Thanks Cyndie, yeah when I had this, I had used an appeal, and then went to submit another, as the page told me I could, but it wouldn’t submit.
I logged out, logged back in again, and the option to appeal disappeared. Came back a few days later as I recall when it refreshed
Curious, I have just checked my account
Submitted two on the 7th April, another on 7th May and not appealed anything since so I should have at least one appeal that I should be able to use…?

There is a limit. If you cross that limit, it would return an error that reads “Appeal statement is too long”.
Could you please confirm if you’re connected to a strong and stable network?
Try closing everything and relog. Do you have appeal button? Or is it gone?

Just restarted my phone, appeal button still there so entered the appeal info, hit submit and went straight away without a hitch.
Not sure what was causing it but thanks for the help everyone
