Additional Information (if any):this stop was removed in the last two days for an unknown reason. Along with other stops in the area. This stop is on public land in the middle of a culdesac. It is not private property and is accessible by walking. It is in a safe area.
There is a culdesac further down the street, but it does not have a garden in this street view. There is a garden where you gave the pin, but it looks to be single family private residential property.
And if you take a couple of clicks from there, you get an updated street view from 2024 that shows they have replaced that garden with a deck. Someone has put a dog statue in the roundabout, if that is what the “garden” was.
These are things you will need to address for your appeal.
Unfortunately, that is a traffic island. Even though this is a cul-de-sac and very low levels of traffic, it’s still the equivalent of a roundabout with no officially safe pedestrian access.
Recent streetview images show that people sometimes put plastic chairs on this spot, but they are definitely not permanent and it appears the only reason this is done is that this is only public space in this cul-de-sac. This doesn’t make it a garden.
I’m afraid this is one of these cases where the real world disconnects from the Wayfarer world. In reality no one would consider this not safe, but for Wayfarer it is.
The problem is that it is difficult to verify when a place like this is safe, and when not.
