Additional Information (if any):

I am appealing the rejection of a removal request for this Wayspot due to severe safety hazards and interference with emergency services. The waypoints proximity to Wallasey Police Station has created a dangerous environment.

Firstly there is interference with emergency services as I’ve seen and talked to players that frequently park on double yellow lines directly opposite and outside the police headquarters. This inconsiderate parking narrows the roadway, obstructing the path for emergency police vehicles responding to urgent calls.

The image shows a vehicle parked on yellow lines outside the location making it hard for emergency vehicles to enter and exit the police station on the side road as that is where the entrance is not just players but a lot of people park outside this location

The crowds of player that group on this small pathway especially during raid days and illegal pavement parking force pedestrians, including those with prams or mobility aids, off the footpath and into the road, creating an unsafe environment.

There have been multiple instances where police officers have had to exit the station to disperse crowds or address traffic obstructions caused by players.

I really do believe that this waypoint should be removed

Welcome to the forums

This does not sound like it meets removal criteria, since the wayspot is on the church, not on the police station, and you can interact with the wayspot without interfering with emergency services.

The problem you are describing comes in when lots of people are there at the same time and when individual players behave badly (dangerous parking). This is not something wayfarer or Niantic can address, as players are responsible for their own behaviour.

However, a property owner (such as for the police station or the church) can request a removal using Request modification or removal of a PokéStop or Gym – Pokémon GO.
