Additional Information (if any):Hello,
I visited the location and confirmed that there is no “Mesut Ercan İnşaat” business, office, sign, or any physical object related to the named Wayspot at these coordinates. The current pin does not represent any real-world point of interest.
Additionally, even if a construction company operated here, a generic business office would not, by itself, meet Wayfarer eligibility criteria as a place to explore, socialize, or exercise.
I previously submitted in-game removal reports, but they were rejected. I respectfully request a manual review of the current location and the eligibility of this Wayspot based on the present real-world conditions.
Thank you for your time.

Welcome to the forum
This Gym is an imported wayspot to be used as a pokestop/gym in Pokemon Go. This area has a lot of imported wayspots in order to populate the gameboard. The imports do not have to follow the same criteria rules as community-submitted wayspots and do not change the criteria.
This Gym will only be valid for removal if the business does not exist here and you will need to provide evidence of that, not just supposition.
Thank you for your response.
I have visited the location in person. There is no “Mesut Ercan İnşaat” business operating at these coordinates, and there is no office, sign, or any physical object related to this Wayspot. I have attached photos showing the current location.
If additional evidence is required, please let me know.
There is a google maps pin for this business at this location. It has 30 reviews. This doesn’t necessarily mean it exists here, but this is the evidence you need to overcome.
If this business is incorrectly pinned on google maps, it would help to provide substantial proof of this.
I understand that there is a Google Maps pin for this business. However, a map pin alone does not confirm that a business currently operates there. I personally visited the location and found no office, storefront, sign, or any identifiable presence of “Mesut Ercan inşaat.” The available Street View imagery also does not show any identifiable business at these coordinates.
Additionally, the most recent Google Maps review is approximately four years old, and the photos attached to the Google Maps listing do not appear to show this business or its location. Based on my on-site observations, I respectfully request a manual review of this Wayspot using the current real-world conditions rather than relying solely on the Google Maps pin.
There are multiple buildings here with Mesut Ercan inşaat on them, but I can’t tell which one matches to the wayspot since it doesn’t have a photo. The wayspot might not represent the construction company itself might be for a building which has their logo prominently displayed.
Have a look around at this junction, which is at 37.864909, 32.516375
You may be right. It could originally have been intended to represent the developer’s branding on one of the nearby buildings rather than the business itself.
My concern is that, at its current location, there is nothing related to the Wayspot. There is no business, sign, or any physical object matching it. Even if it originally represented something else, does it still make sense for it to remain at its current coordinates?
Thanks for pointing out the Google Maps listing. I checked it again and it is now marked as permanently closed.
The problem still remains that it isn’t possible to tell what this wayspot represents. It might not be the thing that has been marked as closed.
