Additional info: I reported this Wayspot in order to avoid repurposing but my report has been rejected. Street view hasn’t updated but I’ve included my own photo and two links that show both the old artwork (removed) and the new one. Kindly reconsider the rejection.
Updating murals is not considered repurposing
Oh? Even if the artist is different? I’d have to change the title and description as well.
Yeah murals are the only time when repurposing is considered the correct thing to do, vs something that can get us suspended 
makes no sense to me either but its what we have been told to do
Apparently yes! Currently doing the same thing for a local mural which is much more tedious than just submitting the new mural

Thanks for the appeal, @froggyfren We gave this a second look and decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
We have been told to update murals instead of reporting them for removal. Has that guideline changed? It is easier to remove and resubmit than to get edits through, so that is fine with me if it is the case, but I want to be clear.
