This wayspot is a well known local fishing and recreation spot used regularly by local community members for outdoor activity including walking/hiking and fishing.
- This location meets Niantics eligibility criteria as a place that encourages exploration, exercise and social interaction. It is situated adjacent to a woodland trail with easy and safe pedestrian access to the wayspot and surrounding area.
- I do not believe that this wayspot would meet Niantics removal criteria as the location is not on private residential property and does not present any safety concerns.
- Given the above I would kindly ask that you reconsider the removal of this wayspot and reinstate it. Thank you.
