• Additional Information (if any): Hi Niantic im in a bit of a pickle with a pokestop in my area. This pokestop is a playground that has been taken down. So the pokestop is not there anymore. Instead they build a completely new playground with new playthings. I reported this so the pokestop would be removed and would make place for a more correct and maybe a couple separate pokestops to make this place way more appealing to play the game around for the community . This request has been denied two times. By the AI (I think). Any help i can get is appreciated. And thank you for helping the community

Can you clarify please.

Is it a case that the old equipment was removed and it was simply updated?

It was a play area and remains a play area?

Here is a clarification on playgrounds:

Playgrounds

Playgrounds meet the criteria for exercise, exploration, and socialization, and as long as they are not located on single-family private residential property or K-12 schools can be considered eligible. Playgrounds should be nominated as whole and not individual playground items. Even if the area includes separate slides, climbing frames, sandboxes and or swings, there should be one Wayspot nomination marking them all as a collection. The new playground may have more equipment, but I don’t see anything that would qualify separately as a Wayspot per that clarification. I think just adding a new photo is the way to proceed here from what you have shown us.

This appears to be one small play area and different pieces of equipment are not eligible for separate submission.

I believe its better to just update the photo instead of removal. In the other hand, i think , only 1 wayspot is eligible for that playground. You might see other playground with multiple wayspot but we cant use it as basis for submission.

It might be different if the playground is clearly divided for multiple age group or different activity but i dont think that applied here.
