I just came across these wayspots, I think they can be eligible because they are not on SFPRR. But it were a whole bunch of them.
Can I get some opinions on these? Seeing ad to how many there are they could be not unique.

Wall art with blue tints and a central access point to multiple homes. The location gets passed daily by people who live here or tourists and contributes to the architecture of the neighbourhood.
Are these just the Flat numbers and the dots represent the layout?
If so I would say they are infrastructure and not murals.
No, they are nominating the little art by the door. I just translated the title and description.
I do not believe they are Art. If you take a look at the already accepted ones amd assume the usual process of using odd and even numbers the dots just represent the layout.
The main image shows that this would be 8 flats and I would guess that they are poistioned 4 on the ground floor, 4 above as represented by the dots.
One of the already accepted ones the numbers suggest 10 flats, the dots show 5 and 5.

If this is the case I would suggest a better image to show that, I imediately assumed the numbers and dots where the focus.
Eligibily of the art would depend if they are unique. Are they all different patterns? if the are all the same or just an hand full of designs repeated I would state “Not Distinct”.
