Hi I’m trying to make heads and tails of these emails and warnings. I didn’t submit anything fake or offensive. I submitted the first time it was rejected. I submitted a second time and appealed and now I’m scared to appeal anything because I was never offered to option to provide proof.
Is it better to let it fail and resubmit or appeal?. I like playing Go but don’t want my account banned because the data is bad.
I’m in a rural area and google maps data is not accurate. Street view is 6 years old and when you place a point on the map it give you the entirely wrong address that can be a quarter mile up the road.
I submitted sculptures that are on the side of the road that can be seen while walking and touched. They are not on private property. When I pin the point on the map it puts in an address that is private property but the location listed on the pin doesn’t match the GPS location.
I know that @TrungLatias has been able to post proof here to get the “fake” warning overturned.

I seen the post before I posted my question. My concern will I be penalized for doing so?
Is this the place to post a video to appeal this? I’m not sure what the next steps are here and worried I’m going to step on a land mine.
why would you be penalized for providing evidence that your nomination was not fake? if you are concerned, possibly hold off until a Niantic staff member can start a DM with you.
I submitted an appeal and got this notice which is why I’m concerned. It’s not fake and in my appeal I stated I can submit a video as proof. I never heard anything back and logged into my account and noticed these emails. Maybe I’m conflating events; but it didn’t seem like a coincidence.
You guys seemed to have had some other discussions around this so I figured this was the place to start.
If I’m reading this correctly (Wayfarer Abuse Enforcement Ladder Policy — Wayfarer Help Center) I can be banned here and in game. I don’t want that to happen. Which is why I created a post.

Please, feel free to post proof on a video provider like Youtube or Stremio, then give a link post to here.
A warning is a strike, so I would consider appealing, you should appeal by sending proof in here so one of Niantic staff will check and reevaluate the result for you.
No, the staff here are really active and they will check the proof if they are accurate, I don’t think you will ever get penalized for posting proof.
