I was not expecting this. I’d hate to waste a precious appeal on it. What can I change to resubmit and get it into regular voting?

Shaded outdoor gathering space for the employees of WeatherTech and their guests.
Supporting: A great place to socialize. Per Niantic, tables do NOT have to be bolted to the ground to be eligible: “Picnic areas and tables that appear to be permanent, even if not bolted to the ground, are great places for socialization.” (I included a link to the Niantic guidelines.)
Regarding the appeals, you get up to 4 every month. They are definitely not as precious as they used to be!
Each of the 2 appeals comes back 15 days after being used.
This POI is not visible on streetview, which definitely doesn’t help. It is likely that the automated system uses streetview when it is available (but we can’t know for certain), so if this is an issue, it’s a hard one to work around with appealing.
The automatic system does seem to find picnic like areas difficult to get right and let through.

It doesn’t always work but I find more luck with this near table view so that the table and bench are easily distinguishable.
So perhaps work on trying to get a photo that looks down more so instead of 1 mass a sequence of tables becomes clearer. ?
I start my title with what it is rather than where. So you could try Picnic Patio, WeatherTech Way
That sounds more like a place you might expect an area like this.
