Hi, in the small town where i live, i create 6 gym and no one is a mega gym and the small town who is like 5 kilometers away on 3 gym have 2 mega gym so is it possible to change that ?Because i submitted many pokestops and gym and i can’t play event when it’s a mega raid with shields without take my car.

What you describe is a Pokemon Go issue, not wayfarer.
Wayfarer only deals with adding Waypoints to a database. What each game does with it is down to the individual game developers.
I would seek to contact Pokemon Go direct, I believe many advise using “X” (twitter).

I’ve never heard of Pokemon GO staff upgrading gyms but I’ve also never heard someone contacting them to try that. You can try but I wouldn’t get my hopes high. Just an additional piece of advice, Wayfarer staff isn’t able to control what becomes what gym in Pokemon GO at all, so your only option really is contacting Scopely on X - or rather that’s your best bet, even if it’s not a good one.
In fact they do because i have a Friend who submit a wayspot and at first it was not a mega gym and after it was so it’s possible but if they don’t want, that’s it. I will try to text Scopely on X thanks fir your help
Super Mega Raid gyms change between each set of Super Mega Raids. The community doesn’t know how they’re selected, though from my personal observations it tends to be gyms that are in central locations that get raided at by several players fairly often, which would make some sense given that you need multiple players to do Super Mega Raids. I’m sure that’s not the only factor though, and like I said, no one actually knows the requirements.
You can’t request that a specific gym becomes eligible for them. All I can suggest is trying to make sure several people raid the gyms local to you and see if they eventually become eligible to host them. If you don’t have several people around you to raid the gyms, then you’d be struggling with Super Mega Raids anyway.
I think you are missing the details…
Wayfarer and Pokemon Go are 2 separate parts of the same company but work independently.
Wayfarer only deals with Wayspots.
Pokestops, Gyms, Mega Gyms are decided by Pokemon Go.
Lets say Wayfarer are the manufacturing company. Pokemon Go are the shops that take the product and sell it. You would not go to the manufacturers to state that this specific product should be displayed at the front of the shop.
