When on “Review” page, in “Are the selected categories appropriate?” list, if there is “Other” entry, it has wrong Russian translation “Другая проблема” (“Another problem”) instead of “Другое” or “Прочее” (“Other”).
This is the right place to report such problems, right?

Yes it is. Sadly there’s no given time frame when Niantic will come back to those reports.
