According to your report, I allegedly violated the following policies regarding my Wayspot submission for “Centre Shop’in Publier Amphion” located at coordinates 46.390937, 6.524863:
- Malicious image submission
- Misplacement of Wayspot submission
I firmly believe this decision is incorrect. I personally took both the main submission photo and the supporting location photo on-site, and the Wayspot was submitted at its exact and accurate location.
The image cannot reasonably be considered malicious, as it is completely authentic, unedited, and has not been altered or generated using AI in any way. You can easily verify this through Street View, where the submitted Wayspot is clearly visible and fully matches the submitted photo:
I genuinely do not understand why this submission resulted in a suspension. I submitted this Wayspot in good faith, with an accurate location, a legitimate photo, and a properly written description. I do not believe I violated any policy or engaged in any form of abuse.
Over the years, I have had more than 1,000 Wayspots accepted, and I have always taken great care to follow the submission guidelines correctly. As a daily Pokémon GO player and long-time contributor, I would never intentionally submit falsified or abusive content. In fact, I am fully aware of what constitutes a fake or abusive Wayspot submission, and I have even recently reported a genuinely fake Wayspot in my own city in order to help maintain the quality and integrity of the platform.
I respectfully ask you to reconsider this suspension, as this case does not appear to constitute abuse in any way.
Additionally, I am scheduled to travel to Poland in the coming days and was genuinely looking forward to discovering new places and enjoying the game during my trip. This suspension has come as a complete surprise and risks significantly impacting what was supposed to be an exciting vacation experience for me.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
