Just yesterday I was banned for 30 days for the misplacement of a submission. This submission was from September of 2025 and was denied by the bot around that time. I never did anything about it resubmit/appeal, but I guess they decided to audit it and I was promptly banned on both wayfarer and pokemon go. This submission was never placed incorrectly and even then must I be banned for a month over an old rejected submission? I contacted support and got nothing but automated responses, and eventually they changed what I was banned for, saying it was for unapproved methods of gameplay in which I’ve never used any 3rd party software to access Go. After I questioned that statement I was practically told to shut up. (see email below) Kalos tour is in a month and I’m going to be banned on my park experience and I have non refundable flights. Any help I can get towards this issue would be greatly appreciated.

it’s only a tad off, I submit a bunch at a single time at the end of my walkthroughs. Is submitting something across the street really worthy of a ban?
But putting it across the street put it in an unoccupied L17 S2 cell. So this does appear to be an attempt to manipulate the game.
Looks like its pinned on a different building across the road in an empty cell? Looks like its close to the gazebo. I assume it was considered a deliberate misplacement for a cell advantage
