Additional Information (if any): This report was denied, despite being unsafe since its on a very busy bridge. Its a gym too where people gather around with not much room to stand safely. As well as that, I don’t know how this got accepted in the first place. Ive seen multiple people on forums say that bridges for cars aren’t eligible for wayspots. This should be removed.
This wayspot is for the plaque. This is a point of exploration as pedestrians are encouraged to stop and look at the plaque, otherwise it wouldn’t be there.
I really don’t understand why, can you explain to me why? This is unsafe and Ive seen multiple people say this isn’t even eligible to become a wayspot
At the risk of repeating myself, this wayspot is for a plaque which exists and is safely accessible. It would be eligible for submission if it was not already a wayspot.
This is for a Gym and you are being persistent at trying to get this Gym removed. It would be best to not keep trying to.
A bridge itself is usually just street infrastructure, and as such not a POI. Pedestrian bridges are often key for exploration, so they are easier to get accepted. Some bridges are unique architecture, and as such also a POI (eg Golden Gate Bridge).
A no go is when a bridge can’t be used by pedestrians, the POI should be in reach for pedestrians.
In this case the bridge is not the POI, but the plague.
