This is not how Pokestops / Gyms work.
You have to first nominate something that meets criteria. Mainly something that encourages Socialising, Exercising or Exploring. Even if accepted it then needs to pass Pokemon Go’s Proximity Check.
If you would like help my suggestions would be…
A: Show us the details of something you plan to nominate. Photos, Title, Description, Supplemental and Location and we will advise whether it is suitable, needs improvements or is just not eligible.
B: Post the location (DO NOT use your home address). People will scour the maps and make suggestions. You do need to be willing to understand that there may be nothing suitable and you will have to look elsewhere.
