Cant found on the map

My proposal was accepted two years ago, but nothing has appeared on the map. Why?

Welcome to the community. Would it be possible to post the co-ordinates for this nomination?

Saying that, there are 3 reasons I can think of as to why it hasn’t appeared.

  1. The owner of the site has asked for it to be removed because it is on their property.
  2. It could exist in the same cell as another Wayspot (Please read this to get an understanding https://pokemongohub.net/post/article/comprehensive-guide-s2-cells-pokemon-go/)
  3. It has been flagged as abuse by someone as soon as it appeared and has been removed.

The 2nd one is more likely, but we may be able to confirm what could be the reason if we know where it is located by the GPS co-ordinates.

Ok, I found it. It is in the same cell as oratorio di san Nicolò, which means it won’t appear in Pokemon Go. It may appear as a Powerspot or a future function that Niantic may introduce.

A tool I used to measure the distance between these puts it at 21.694446529696638m. We haven’t seen anything be used as a power spot that is less than 22m from a pokestop or gym. If this does get used as a power spot, please let us know.

Is that tool on the Wayfarer Tools website by any chance?

IDK what to call it. I do this and King Clippy tells me the number.

@NianticAaron removed that screenshot showing math? I did not know math was not allowed here. Anyway, it is not a tool you can install, it is just a calculator that is easy to use on the Wayfarer Discussion Discord. There are plenty of other drawing tools out there.
