Long ongoing reverse text bug with Hebrew

Decided it may be a good time to revive this one from the old forum. Description of the issue: when creating new submissions using either Pokemon Go or Ingress, while using Hebrew for typing titles/descriptions/supporting information, the text appears to be put in the reverse order (from left to right instead of from right to left). It seems that all left to right languages are broken for years already.
However, if you type it in correctly, to my understanding, despite the visual fail within Pokemon GO, wayfarer should display it correctly. Did I understand that correctly?
