Appeal this decision is possible over your contribution page. Open the nomination in question and you will see the button at the top. Every 20 days you have one appeal to use. Is yours already used you have to wait (or resubmit).

It is weird it was rejected by the Team for Abuse. If that place exists in the location and is a place where people with a same hobby go to socialize, I don’t see anything wrong
I’m right now limited to check everything but I will have a look when I have some free time!
Sadly, there’s no streetview available, so it’s difficult to determine via Google Maps if the place exists or not. I think some good faith is needed here, unless it can be demonstrated that it doesn’t exist.

Como bien ha indicado @RoIi112, parece ser que las fotos que has utilizado para nominar tu propuesta han sido escogidas de Internet en vez de haber sido tomadas por ti mismo. Debes saber que es un criterio de rechazo además de ser considerado abuso. Aunque tu intención de proponer algo sumamente interesante (en mi opinión) es buena, los medios para hacerlo no han sido los apropiados. Te recomiendo que te acerques a la zona y tomes tú mismo las fotos para solicitarlo (intentando evitar caras u otros aspectos de la foto que puedan provocar su rechazo). Espero que tomes este feedback y lo utilices correctamente a partir de ahora
It also seems as though the place is a bed and breakfast, not a meeting place or a museum, so in addition to being reported for a third-party photo, it may have been reported as a fake nomination because your description seems misleading.
