These Wayspots are all located in the Efteling theme park. This theme park closed down one of their historic attractions two years ago (Spookslot: What’s the Big Deal and Why We’ll Miss It |) to make room for an entirely new themed land and major ride. That new land and ride opened a month ago (Efteling launches brand new dark ride Danse Macabre), but the area is still littered with Wayspots of the now removed old ride and decorations. I would like to see this area cleaned up so that I can start decorating it with Wayspots based on the new land’s theming. I have already submitted a Wayspot for the new major attraction itself which has been approved, so that’s just waiting until these Wayspots are removed so it can show up in Pokemon Go.
Some individual information about each Wayspot I want removed:
- Spookslot was the attraction that was removed to make way for the new attraction.
- Heuvelbuik is a wayspot that’s entirely in the wrong location. According to this link (Heuvelbuik - Eftepedia - alles over de Efteling), it is located at the Kogeloog food shop, which is located here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/qXGimtVTmMvBdjQCA , which is nowhere near where the wayspot is.
- Opa Schildpad is a decoration for an old ride that is now removed.
- Holle Bolle Gijs - Matroos Gijs is one of the park’s distinctive garbage bins that has been rethemed to fit the new land’s theme, so this one can be removed and I’ll nominate the new one.
- Jonas uit de Wallevis is a sign that was hanging off of the Witte Walvis shop (De Witte Walvis - Eftepedia - alles over de Efteling) which was closed in 2022 and demolished to make room for the new themed land.
- Verschrikkelijke sneeuwman put was a decoration outside the Spookslot attraction which has now been removed.
So please remove these six wayspots so I can start submitting things in the new themed land.
