If you feel that a sanction is incorrect, it would help to say why you think it is incorrect. If this is not the case, please say what the issue is.
You should have received emails explaining the infraction. In your other post, you used 3rd party photos to submit nominations. This may be the issue. Often staff here will open up a direct message to discuss a suspension here.

I believe it will appear until the time it says it will go away, which seems to be 1 day in this case.
