A little bewildered by this one being rejected by community AND failing appeal for being generic. Could someone point out to me what im missing here? This feels like a great nomination under exploration.
Well worn historical plaque with a well maintained explanation plaque underneath, showing through age and through words the history of this parks funding. Historical plaques like this are fantastic exploration spots, especially given it’s in a park which is already great under all criteria. Oriole park is a very cute public park nestled inside the neighborhood.
I did get this to review, and I did reject it as “not distinct” and the location did influence my decision.
In case it isn’t clear to others, this was the supporting statement. I just don’t find this interesting, and nothing you said here convinced me it is.
