My submission was declined. This is my place of work and we have a lot of cool history here. Please help me understand why it was declined. Also – this is my second time uploading this stop.

Wanting something to be a wayspot is not sufficient and is not always the most enjoyable way to go about submitting things. It is better to start from the key criteria (Exercise, Social, Exploration) and see what you find that meets one or more of these.
You have not explained how this submission meets any of the key criteria, how it is a great place for Exercise, being Social or Exploring.
Your supporting text needs to assist reviewers with any aspects of the submission that are not obvious, such as how it meets criteria, how to confirm location, how to confirm accessibility etc.

Welcome. You might want to highlight more about how it fit wayfarer criteria. As of it now, i havent see how it fit wayfarer criteria.
Thank you, both. Those are very helpful links! I think where I messed up was not highlighting the actual community here. I work here which means unfortunately, I see this place as mainly business. For the public – it’s a place to connect, socialize, & explore different forms of exercise such as hydrotherapy. I will resubmit and see what happens

Is this place somewhere to go and use the “Hot Tubs & Pools” or a place to purchase them?
If it is a store to buy them this would never meet criteria due to “Generic Business”.

Not a generic business. It’s locally in a historical spot and family ran. Very unique business, people come in to swim and see what they like. There is a lot of history in the building. Maybe I should try the history wall (a wall covered in photos of the history of the building)? Thanks!
IMO:
Family run is not part of criteria.
There are other businesses that sell Hot Tubs and Pools so not unique.
If you are nominating the building you would need to show evidence why it’s “Historic”, old is not enough.
The History Wall sounds more promising.

The history wall sounds as though it could be considered to meet the exploration criteria as it could be educational.
Just because something may be eligible does not mean that the nomination made is acceptable.
Your title and description should focus on the history wall and why it’s important. Avoid mixing in what will be irrelevant text about the aspects of the place.
You will need a clear good photo of the history wall - or if it is large a photo of part of it, as the main photo. If you use web submit via the wayfarer website you can add 5 images. You may need this to provide context, in order to demonstrate where this is located.
In the supplementary information you can add links about the history.
