After the update I checked my Niantic profile and found out that I was only a Apprentice so I started reviewing like crazy. I got my first upgrade and the second one in the span of 2 days. Then I suddenly got this message. I had not added a bonus location so I did that too and all I got were some “select the photo that don’t meet the criteria” ones which I finished like there and then. Now I get like 5 reviews in a day before these messages. The Tier progress then was like 20% and right now I’m at 91.7%(in the apprentice tier). The reason I wanna reach a higher tier is in my area there are not much pokestops so I have nominated at least a 60 most are in voting/in queue but a lot have been accepted as well, and now 'cause of the update i can only nominate 40 more or smth. So, yah that’s the story.

Where you said you have your play, bonus and home location all in the one place.
I shall move this to the Bug Reports & Technical Support section to see if staff can assist in allowing a reset so you can get more reviews.

You would receive this message if you have likely completed analyses of all nominations and edits near your active play area, Hometown, and Bonus Location. You can try returning in a few days’ time when there are more nominations and edits available.
That being said, as a goodwill gesture, to help you boost your rating points, I have gone ahead and reset your Bonus location so that you can set it to another preferred location which may help continue getting nominations and edits to review.
