Buenas tardes. Tengo muchas dudas con Dos tipo de nominaciones.
Una de ellas son elementos de urbanizaciones privadas, pero se uso comunitario, como una piscina de un Residencial. (Aplicable también a nominaciones dentro de Hoteles o Museos).
La otra duda es con azulejos o placas en fachadas de viviendas privadas. En la zona en la que vivo es muy común que la gente tenga en la pared exterior de su vivienda un azulejo decorativo o religioso.
Son aceptables? O debo rechazarlas?

The private property that must be rejected is “Single Family Private Residential Property” that we call SFPRP. Those communal locations are acceptable. Anything on the facade of a private home is not.

If the residential complexes you are discussing are made up of multiple residential units, they are explicitly allowed.
As a Southern California submitter… probably a third of my approved submissions - and perhaps closer to half? - are swimming pools, play structures, basketball courts, tennis courts, and dog play enclosures in multi-housing communities.
