Dynamax making

Any who can explain how dynamax pops up? is it true that wayspots who used in other niantic games so like this ones in map showen → ( ! ) can be dynamax? Or need multiple ! ! In a cell or how exactly

Powerspots are/were created in two ways.

There was an import of locations specifically to create powerspots

Wayspots which cannot become pokestops due to density rules can become powerspots, as long as they are not too close to other pokestops/powerspots. This happens periodically for new wayspots.

Two ways so one way on wayspots used in other game and any other way? I see in my village some totaly free store that not pokestop the bike shop , carrefour supermarket are dynamax etc?

We can only add more eligible wayspots. The data imports were a one time thing.

The locations which were imported for powerstops do not represent eligible locations for wayspots. They might be eligible, but lots of them aren’t.

The phrasing “used in other games” should be generally ignored. What this actually means is “this wayspot doesn’t meet the pokestop-density rules in Pokemon Go to be visible as a pokestop”.

Wayspots in the wayfarer database can be used by all Scopely games. Use in one game does not affect use in another game.

Ok second question do wayspots that not showen in po go also count up for the total needet wayspots to have an ingame gym?

Thx u and cyndie for ur explenation on powerspot:heart:

No.

The community has observed that it is the number of active pokestops that affects how many gyms there are (as well as any sponsored gyms). Unused wayspots and powerspots have no effect at all.

Ok good to know! I tough it do count seems it doesnt then 3d question the wayfare map we have if we log in wayfare account and look tabs Map where u see all ingame wayspot and outside wayspot does this sync dailey or multiple times a day or?

I believe the wayfarer map updates after a few hours. Hopefully someone else can be more accurate. I’m not bothered myself by any brief delay since it literally doesn’t matter to me if a wayspot take an extra day to show up (and I always know in advance if it will become a pokestop).

Some one told me on wayfare u can see the place or s2 cells for regions to know if wayspot will be ingame or no i can vieuw this to?

This can be done with the installation of third party tools, and we are not allowed to link to those. You can Google search for wayfarer tools if you want to explore them. There will be a link to join the Wayfarer Discussion Discord at the site.

Yes, this is possible. No links can be posted here as Niantic have never acknowledged the use of the S2 cells. If you go to the wayfarer discussion discord, there is information there.

Ok im now in general there i think
