E6 Error - Unable to Release Hold on Records in Wayfarer Contributions

I am receiving an E6 error trying to release the hold on my Wayfarer Contributions on the website.

I am getting the same error trying to release the hold and submit my submissions for different Wayspot nominations. I also tried both Firefox and Chrome browsers, using a windows based PC and have the same issue.

This just started occurring today around 6:00 PM EST, before this time I had no issues putting nominations on hold and then releasing the hold.

When I press the “Release Hold” button nothing happens, but when I press the “Edit” button I get the following error orange text at the top:

Have you tried refreshing the page or logging out and back in? I’ve had problems when I’m logged in on my computer and I check a nomination on my phone. When I get back to my computer, I have problems unless I log out and back in again.

There was a report on WDD about not being able to put anything on hold at around this same time.
