It wouldn’t move randomly. It looks from your screenshot like the pin was not correct in the original submission now that I look more closely. It definitely does not appear to be at the correct location right now from the Wayfarer Map. The pin is at Covert Place, but the sign can be seen at Salisbury Ave.

You can use help chat on the Wayfarer site to request a location correction. This can be seen on Street View at around 40.72171818763271, -73.68815949169709 so you should not have to present extra evidence in this case. When you go to the Help tab at https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/help a chat box will pop up where you can enter the information
