Hola señores de Niantic, buen día quería reportar una pokeparadas que tiene muchas fallas en su nominación:
Nombre de la pokeparada:
Facultad de Obstetricia de la UNMSM
Errores:
NO VÁLIDO PARA EXPERIENCIAS DE RA
Está pokeparada está ubicada en un lugar sin acceso ya que es una escuela privada y no es posible acceder al msimo
ACCESO PELIGRO
Debido a la poca iluminación no es posible vivir una experiencia fluida en la misma ya que está ubicado en una zona roja llámese lugar muy peligroso , hay asaltos y robos con arma blanca durante el día
LUGAR INAPROPIADO
Esto es un centro de estudios no cumple con los modelos de propuestas , el lugar es inaccesible debido a obras en la zona
PROPIEDAD PRIVADA RESIDENCIAL
Si bien ya por ser un centro de estudios, también cabe en el tema de ser un lugar de estudios privado y no accesible para personas a ajenas al mismo
ESCUELA
Por lo ya mencionado es una escuela y no pertenece a ningúna categoría de propuesta
En otras palabras, el lugar es altamente peligroso y no acto para experiencias de juego, no es recomendable ir al mismo por qué podría dañar la integridad de los jugadores sin mencionar todo lo que podría pasar

A school that is not for children is an excellent location for exploration. The pin is located inside the building, so the photos of the exterior do not do anything to support your request for removal.
I am not staff, just pointing out that you have not presented a valid reason for them to remove it yet. Not every Pokestop or gym must be accessible to every player.
Una razón será la seguridad e integridad de los jugadores? , si a ti no te interesa que los jugadores que vayan a la pokeparadas les pase algo por qué cada persona ve por su seguridad no significa que este bien, una base del juego es poder jugar en un ambiente seguro y libre de peligros, muy aparte de que como centro de estudios no aplica para ser eliminada
But you have not illustrated that this Wayspot is unsafe for people allowed to be there. Niantic is not responsible for players ignoring safety restrictions or trespassing. Asking for a gym to be removed because you can’t get there is selfish.
Again, I am not staff, and am not responsible for making a decision on this appeal. It is not me that you need to convince that this should be removed for reasons other than you want the gym somewhere else.
So far i only see someone who is trying to report removal because he cant access the wayspot. You need to come up with better reason in order to remove the wayspot.
Just because you cant access the wayspot doesnt means it have to go.
I have not reviewed information about the school yet but overall I think you’ll have difficulty getting Niantic to remove this. You may have a case if you can show (through school website documentation, or other trusted source) that they do teach a significant amount of students under the age of 18.
Otherwise the points you have mentioned do not carry much weight on this wayspot as it appears to meet eligibility.
I’m sorry that some of our advice has come off as aggressive - we are just trying to share our experiences and point out where you may need additional information to share with the Niantic employee who will review this.
Note that we are offering options and advice, you will need to convince Niantic. So you do not have to respond or engage with us. The employees have Niantic in their name. That said, please be respectful to others here if you do continue to respond.
Hola buenas tardes muchas gracias por la observación y claro solamente es un.aporte, no pretendo causar problemas en el sentido de que lo eliminen o no simplemente di mi punto de vista sobre la situación que vive esta área, si bien pensé que la solución a eliminarlo pues creo que eso es muy difícil como dicen ustedes pero queda el precedente de que no es un lugar muy seguro, Pero como veo leyendo eso no es relevante aquí, al final de cuentas ustedes son los que deciden, muchas gracias por todo
Thanks @wooperIooper, I was just reading through at the end of my luncbreak so I hadn’t checked. Or apparently skimmed through the initial information and forgot by the end.
@nikofox33 it is unfortunatel that you don’t feel safe in this area. But I’m not seeing much that you can follow up on as Niantic Scopely games do advise their players to be aware of their surroundings and not to trespass. The folks at this school do have safe access so it is fine for them to engage with this wayspot.
