This is a POI at a nearby park that stole an image from a completely separate park in the area. I also know the person who did it has bragged to other people about it. I reported it but the report was denied by the wayfarer team. The submitted report included many details including exact coordinates of the actual spot it should be. I’m not sure what other info I could even give since I gave everything possible.

IMO This will be down to evidence which must be provided with your appeal. It is a fact that some people will make spurious claims to get wayspots removed. Maybe to get there own wayspot to be shown in game or to remove a Gym so another wayspot, hopefully 1 that suits them better becomes the replacement Gym.
You have 2 options for evidence.
- Prove that the said wayspot does not exist where they have placed it.
- Prove that the said wayspot does exist where you say it has been taken from.
Do any of the locations have recent Street View images, otherwise taking gps tagged images or video could work.

I do have images, but I don’t see where I could add those in my report, is there a different spot I can report with images?

I would take the easy way and post them here then link it in the report but I am sure Cyndi will give better options.
@MasterTrainerA2 what method did you use to file the report? There are so many ways.
If you used the report option on the map, I don’t know a way to add photos to that.
If you used Help chat, you can still add the photos if the report hasn’t been answered. They reply in the chat box. There may even be a message there asking for photos.
If you used the in game reporting form, when you tap “Next” you can add a photo. I can’t remember if you can add more than one.
If you use the Reporting Abuse form linked at the top here, it prompts you to add photos in an email reply.

I know there are forum rules against calling out individuals, so I wouldn’t post that information publicly. But if you do, staff can hide it from the rest of us, or they may send you a DM based on this post to ask for the evidence privately.
