False Appeal Rejection

This was my original submission (before it was rejected):

It was very quickly rejected by reviewers for being on the grounds of a K-12 school, so I appealed it, to the same result:

Despite how it may seem if you’re not looking closely, this object is not on the grounds of a school! On the below screenshot from Google Maps, you can see that it was just south of the fence line between the school on the north and the senior center on the south, putting it squarely on the grounds of the senior center. This can also be confirmed if you look at Street View on these streets.

Finally, the county’s GIS map shows that this arch is on a separate parcel from the school:

I am hoping the team could have a second look at this, as you can clearly see that this location is not at a school, and more importantly does not interfere with the school in any way, since the fence blocks all access to the school from the south. Thank you for your time.

This streetview image clearly shows (on maximum zoom) the continuous fence between this arch - which has direct access from the roadway outside the senior activity centre - and the school grounds.

Slight correction - there appears to be a gap in the fence to the left of the arch, allowing access to the school grounds, so it isn’t /continuous/, but it’s definitely a divide between the property containing the arch and the school grounds. This matches the arcgis image.
