I was inside IHOP when I filed this report making a photo difficult. UAMS has an address of 4301 West Markham Street. Park Plaza Mall across North University Avenue has an address of 6000 West Markham Street. Since turning left onto W Markham St from IHOP’s parking lot is illegal because of a barrier in the road and sign, I chose walking directions from IHOP to the true location(s) but chose the closer one at least 1.5 miles from IHOP.
Please remember I took these screenshots while northeast of the intersection of W Markham St and N/S University Ave.

I believe that your report may have been rejected if you used a removal reporting form, and they were simply rejecting the removal.

I found the misplaced import in the busy intersection at 34.751999,-92.341100 for UAMS Health - Franscesca Miquel-Verges, M.D.

Google Maps has the pin for this at 34.74826914869007, -92.32145051225976.

Staff will often go ahead and make the location correction even when rejecting the removal report. If they don’t move it, I would ask help chat to make the correction giving these coordinates.
