Hope not, I haven’t accused staff of anything. I was referring to the reactions from the forum members.

I actually assume staff really knows what really happend, and that they can’t share all the information.

No one has to apologise, but if you can’t help someone, the polite way is to say, I’m sorry I can’t help you, that is a lot nicer than I don’t want to help you, you’ve cheated.

Agreed! This topic seems to have veered off course. We have already addressed the reported issue and any concerns brought up by @Elapid68. I’ll be closing it from further engagement.
