@TjoeMi In regards to your question I do think a warning 1st is preferable, some people will learn from this and even a 1 day suspension could be deemed harsh. I do think that “everybody deserves a 2nd chance”.
I have no sympathy for anyone that gets a warning and decides to ignore it.
I have not had any warnings (maybe luck, maybe I’m a goody two shoes 
) , is it possible that the warning messages are not strong enough. Do they make it clear that “The next time WILL be a suspension for Wayfarer AND ALL GAMES”
