If this is meant to be the Street Corner as there are examples of these in the area. The Street Corners are a trial by Scopely Explore (Niantic) and they made it clear that they do not meet criteria,

When a wayspot is removed, the submitter does not get notified of this. This is standard behaviour.

If the submitter was told by Scopely Explore about the removal of an ineligible wayspot, people who are abusing the system would just submit the wayspot again.

Thanks for the appeal, @karine26061983 We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire the Wayspots.
