Our local community has played at the university in our town the last 5 years. Tons of gyms and pokestops and ample parking make it a great spot for our community to meet. We typically will do all events at this location, especially raid and dynamax/gigantax events. We hosted raid hour here Wednesday (Jul 8) just fine. Went back Thursday (Jul 9) and no raids appeared for the entire raid hour. We guessed might be a bug with elite gyms and the mewtwo event going on in NYC. Checked on campfire this morning and still no raids appearing, but other elite raid gyms have raids appearing. Is there any way to tell if someone from the University reached out and asked for raids to stop appearing on their campus? Cordinates are: 39.730751, -91.390442

Only Niantic staff can comment accurately and will often respond to say that the property owner has requested that raids be disabled for a gym.
This does happen and Niantic will honour a valid request. The gym will remain a gym and will not get relocated, so for raid purposes a gym has been lost.
