There are 8-9 gyms at a local mall that have stopped hosting raids. I have talked to the management at the mall, and no one seems to know how they were turned off; they didn’t even realize they were a big spot for Pokemon Go. Wondering the best way to go about having them contact the company to reinstate raids.

Its possible that you simply havent talk to the right person.
When this happen, often it happen because property owner request it. You will need to wait for staff to verify it.
