The location is important because it is an open and accessible space that promotes social interaction and outdoor activity in the neighborhood. Coaches will find a large, safe area for pedestrians, with visible traffic signs and open space, frequently used by residents for leisure and informal gatherings.
If this spot is primarily used for driving lessons I would not be sure about safe pedestrian access
It is rather difficult to tell what I am looking at in the photos. The supporting photo does not appear to include any recognizable objects from the main photo. A supporting photo should include something recognizable from the main photo so that reviewers have a frame of reference.
Additionally, it also appears that the pin for the location is misplaced by more than 100 meters from the map view you provided, and verifying on satellite of a similar looking area. This misplacement alone is enough for any reviewer to reject your nomination without considering any other criteria it may or may not meet.
As for the criteria itself, a way spot needs to be a great place to explore, a great place to exercise, or a great place to socialize. As this appears to primarily be a driving course, it does not seem to be a great place to explore, exercise, or socialize.
