When you reposition the pin on the map to accurately mark the location (in spot reviews), what do we put in the accuracy section? Yes or No, I don’t know… because since I repositioned the pin to the correct location, the most sensible thing to do is to put YES in the accuracy section… or do we leave it blank?.. I know it sounds silly, but I want to do the reviews of the proposals properly. Thank you for your patience and help with my question.

I struggle with the answer to this question as well. I hate to mark that everything was accurate 
on the nomination if it wasn’t accurate as it was presented. I literally don’t know how I am supposed to check this box, so I choose “I don’t know” on accuracy, check the box for location, then explain that I had to move the pin in the text box. IDK that we have ever had input from staff on this one.
Your suggestion to just mark it as correct after you have made the adjustment seems equally valid to me, because it is correct when you hit “Submit” to log your review. I think we are overthinking this point. It is not possible to leave this section blank.

And it’s a perfectly reasonable question.
I can give what I tend to do, as there isn’t a strict rule
If I move it under accuracy I select I don’t know and write in the other box why I moved it. I feel better for having recorded my reason.
For example the most common one is moving off field of play so I might say to nearest corner
Sometimes I might choose simply Yes if the distance was small eg slightly misplaced on the road.
That’s my rough guide.
I do not keep a record so I have no idea where the end up.
