Once your nomination goes in to voting it will be sent to “Local Reviewers” (This can be country wide or even neighbouring countries depending on where your nomination is).
They will decide whether your nomination should be accepted or not.
Note: You are submitting a Waypoint. Even if accepted Pokemon Go has proximity checks so it may not be used as a Stop or Gym.
Using Translate it looks like you have nominated an “Electricity Transformer Box”, is this decorated with a Mural? if it is just plain then it should not be accepted and I would suggest withdrawing.
If you want better guided advice please post a screen grab of your nomination and the location co-ordinates (found in the submission email).
