There is one thing which you should always do, but it isn’t clear during the submission process.
Your supporting photo must include the POI. This isn’t a rule of wayfarer, but it is almost always essential so that reviewers can see where the POI is. For this one, your supporting photo fails this rule.
The best way to do this is to take the main photo of the POI, then walk back some distance and take another photo showing the POI with its surroundings. How far back you walk and which direction you walk in is up to you and depends on the POI.
Example:
This allows reviewers to do two main things
- Confirm that the POI is likely to exist and establish where it is in relation to what is around it
- Match the location to streetview or other sources (provide links if streetview is no good) to confirm the POI exists; sometimes also confirming what it is

Your supporting photo is a negative. The existence on google maps may not be enough to overcome that. If it is an inn that allows children, it is eligible, so please improve the supporting photo as described, make sure the narrative is good and resubmit.

Explain why would you pass a couple of other similar places to go to this one?
Excellent Review Scores? Won Awards? etc.
Just stating “Loved by the locals” etc is not enough.
