Hiking trail marker rejected for SFPRP

I think the pictures are enough.

Now I find this discussionable, but let me know what your opinion is on this.

The electrical box is clearly outside the property, marked by the gate. It just seems like the part where the electrical box
stands belongs to residence as well, because the pavement is decoulorized, but that is not true.

I would probably reject for unsafe access

I already thought that was gonna be an answer, so an explaination:

Pink tiles are for cyclers and hikers only.

No cars allowed here, otherwise the hiking trail would not go here.

Trail markers can be in unsafe locations. Just because it is a trail marker does not mean it is automatically safe to stand there and stare at your phone.

Trails can also go where cars also go. The existence of a trail does not deny that a space can be used by cars.

This is clearly a space where cars go. There is no block between here and the car in that photo.
