The picture is of one of the columns on the stairs to the underground walkway to the Arc de Triomphe. It has been there for almost 200 years. The Arc de Triomphe is a big part of the history of Paris and very popular with tourists, which is why the entrance is also very much passed by and used by both locals and tourists every single day.

Why is this not approved. its the entreance for Arc de triumph, wich i would say is very much not ajust normal?

I think its expecting there are more similar pillar out there. Since pillar is usually just infrastructure, its usually generic. U nd to emphasize whats special about it

The scripture only reads “Access to Arc de Triomphe and Avenue de la grande armee”. This is basically just a sign with most basic info.

Being old doesn’t mean something is historic. Unless you provided more context in the description that you didn’t share, this rejection appears correctly done
