Historischer Kreuzschlepper Gaukönigshofen

When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Wayspot Title: Historischer Kreuzschlepper Gaukönigshofen

  • Location (lat/lon): 49.630179,9.995819

  • City: Gaukönigshofen

  • Country: Deutschland

  • Screenshot of the Rejection Email (do not include your personal information):

  • Additional Information (if any):Please remove this Wayspot due to safety concerns and private property restrictions:

  • Safety Hazard / Operational Interference: The Wayspot is located directly on an active agricultural farm site with a very narrow path heavily used by large farm machinery and tractors. Players standing here continuously obstruct the machinery. In fact, I was personally approached by the landowner/farm operator, who explicitly requested that players leave the property immediately because we are blocking tractor access and trespassing.

  • No Public Access / Private Property: There is a clearly visible “Betreten verboten” (No Trespassing) sign posted at the location (as shown in the attached picture). The area is private property, and the general public is strictly prohibited from entering.

  • For these reasons, this location poses a direct conflict with the property owner, lacks safe pedestrian access, and violates Wayfarer guidelines. Please remove this Wayspot.

Why did you submit it in the first place if you think it doesn’t meet criteria? Or is it only because it turned into an inconveniently located gym?

Is it located on single-family private residential property? That is the only private property that matters

The landowner can also request the gym be removed if it is impacting him negatively

That is not correct.

Farmland is also included in the Reject Criteria…

Not sure if it will meet Removal Criteria, seems like the easiest way would be to get the Property Owner to request removal.

True, farms are included, though weirdly I always interpreted this to mean private working farms where the famer lives also (so an extension of SFPRP), though I guess all private working farms are included. Seems kind of subjective though – at what point are they considered open to the public? If they sell produce? Only if they have facilities for visitors?

Well spotted. The op submitted this recently.

Something odd - there’s only 5 active wayspots but two gyms. I wonder if another pokestop has been removed in the past few days.

Thanks for the appeal, @ravestormmax! We have taken another look and have made the necessary changes to the Wayspot in question.
