Hi Wayfarers!
I found this decorative lion statue mounted on a pillar at the entrance of a property. It is a stone lion holding a shield with a fleur-de-lis design. It looks handcrafted and visually distinctive.
Hi! Are the lions the things next to the blue car in your second photo? Having trouble making them out.
1st Consideration is location, what property are they at?
2nd, I can only speak regards local “UK”. From the image I can not tell the scale. Although they are usually on larger properties I could buy these in various sizes quite easily at places such as Garden Centres.
Looks like it based on the stone column behind the first pic matching the columns on that building
Doing a Google Lens search on the photo of the statue, it seems like it may be mass-produced and not unique art. I’m finding many similar statues that are for sale online, so that may be something to consider.
The object appears to be on SFPRP or mass produced at the very least. Would be hard pressed to accept this, unless there is some factual information that shows this is unique and not on SFPRP…. but I would need to convinced……massively convinced.
