I tried different times to get it removed since the bench got removed years. But everytime Niantic rejects my report.
In case i would have liked to add the wayspot of the near plaza, since it’s more fitting
The removal criteria are fairly limited, so unless the bench meets one of those criteria, you won’t be getting it removed. Does it still exist?

If the bench is still there and the recent street view is wrong (for some reason), then you likely won’t have any success reporting it for removal.
It doesn’t exist anymore there. It got removed to add concrete benches
