When judging I get this location very often. I have had several rejections due to duplication, but they regularly appear as accepted waypoints. There is a leisure park and a playground here, on which,Couldn’t the games be separate waypoints, does this also apply to the exercise machines in the leisure park? Could someone check the coordinates provided?

I can’t explain how someone could miss those obvious duplicates in review. Possibly one was upgraded and the other was not, so enough votes were accrued on the upgraded one before the not upgraded one was decided? And after the slower one became a duplicate, it still had enough positive votes to be accepted?
What I can say is that the Wayfarer Map makes it easy to report things like this when they happen - I just did.
There is a clarification on playgrounds that there should be one Wayspot to represent the entire playground - unless the areas are clearly separated. So that is a judgement call as to whether they are distinct enough to be separate Wayspots. Here is the clarification: Playgrounds
As for exercise machines, I usually either see them clustered together in one location, in which case I would submit them as a single point of interest, or staggered out along a fitness trail, where I would submit them as individual points of interest that keep you moving along the trail.

The duplication might just be that two different players had nominations pending at the same time. Happened to me with one of our local community ambassadors regarding a brand new statue.
