I have been trying for over a year now to get a new poke stop in my neighborhood but I can’t get it approved i have send in multiple different submissions but none are accepted i feel like im doing something completely wrong.
Can someone help me with making an eligible stop nomination?

I can’t read Dutch, and have to rely on a translator, so I may be at a bit of a disadvantage here. What are you nominating?
To me I just see a bit of dirt around a container with some plants in it; nothing at all special.
Your additional information says it’s a prominent point where many people come. Really? People gather around a (trash?) bin?
It may help if you can explain better what criteria you think this meets.

Like the other user already hinted at, a small flower / grass bed in the street is just not interesting and fitting enough to the criteria of Wayfarer (rules).

Yeah really people see each other here its at a square in the neighborhood we run in to our neighbors and have a chat is that so strange? Idk where u from but sounds like theres little social interaction over there?
The issue is that you can have a chat there, but is that a great place that has the purpose of drawing neighbors together for a chat?

The problem is that socialising in the Niantic definition and what you described are two very different things.
Niantics socilaising ist not “hey there’s a container sometimes people talk at”, but more a place where many people go to and and interact with each other, like a restaurant, a plaza, a park, such things that don’t have to be big. But normal street furniture is just not that
If there is a town square or plaza of some sort, that might be the better nomination.
Some random generic container as a place to socialize because people sometimes talk there? Sorry, I wouldn’t be convinced. If that was “good enough” then any street corner or trash can would also be eligible, because people might meet there and have a conversation.
