Near my house (about 1 km) there is a gym in a dangerous place, especially at evening.
Now that place is a temporally school, so it’s difficult to access in the morning, afternoon and dangerous at nigth.

Please note that a place being dangerous to visit does not automatically mean it has to be removed from the gameboard, because not every location has to be available to every player. For example, it is perfectly legitimate to have wayspots in gated communities that are only available to residents.
However, if it is located on school grounds, that would normally be grounds for removal. You have said “temporarily”, so you would need to provide more details to justify the removal.

It is at a sandy soccer field, which is somewhat far away, and after 7 p.m. it becomes dangerous to go there because of drug addicts and thieves.
Additionally, in the morning that place temporarily serves as a school since the real school is being remodeled, which makes it difficult to access because entry is restricted inside that temporary school, and at night it’s dangerous to go to that gym.
The place being closed or difficult to access at times is not a reason to remove it.
If it is part of a school then that is a reason.

here talk about the school is in construction and the children have to go to the place, so now the gym is inside at that school, maybe 1 year more

Did I understand you correctly that there’s a soccer field which is temporarily used from morning hours to afternoon by school kids while their school building is under construction?
Yes, the school was demolished to be “upgrade” and the school was moved to that place, maybe the building will be finishing the next year, becuase is on 50% of construction.
the hour class from 7 am to 1 pm and 1 pm to 6 pm.
And who owns that soccer field? Is it part of the school property?
it was open to all people, but now is used by the school, only like a rent with the municipality.
Ok if it’s not school owned property the likelyhood of getting it removed for that reason isn’t high.
